Abstract:
Das Vorkommen vier verschiedener antimikrobieller Peptide (AMP) wurde zwischen Mundschleimhaut und extraoralem Epithel verglichen. Die Expressionsprofile der AMP hBD-1, hBD-2, hBD-3 und Psoriasin wurden mittels quantitativer Echtzeit-Polymerase Kettenreaktion (qRT-PCR; n=14), Immunhistologie (n=6) und Western blot (n=8) analysiert. Occurrence of four different antimicrobial peptides (AMP) has been compared between oral mucosa and extraoral epithelium.
