Die Verarbeitung von höchstfesten Mehrphasen-Stählen stellt auf Grund der komplexen Gefügestruktur sowie den spezifischen Verformungsmechanismen eine Herausforderung dar. In Anlehnung an presswerkrelevante Fertigungsoperationen und konventionelle Prüfverfahren wird eine Methode zur Werkstoffcharakterisierung entwickelt. Im Vordergrund der Untersuchungen steht die Beschreibung des plastischen Formänderungsverhaltens im Zuge von Umform- oder Scherschneidoperationen.

The processing of high strength multi phase steels represents a challenge due to the complex microstructure and the specific forming mechanisms. According to typical press shop operations as well as standard material testing techniques, a method for material characterization is developed. The investigation focuses on describing the behavior of plastic deformation resulting from sheet metal forming operations or shear cutting processes.
