Abstract:
Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der morphologischen und immunhistologischen Untersuchung des Immunglobulins IgG4 bei chronischen Entzündungen der Schilddrüse. Hierbei wurden Schilddrüsenentzündungen des Hashimoto-Typs und des Riedel-Typs hinsichtlich einer IgG4-Assoziation untersucht. Bei einer kleinen Subpopulation von chronischen Schilddrüsenentzündungen konnte eine IgG4-Assoziation identifiziert werden.
Translated abstract:
This study deals with the morphological and immunohistological analysis of the immunoglobuline IgG4 in chronic thyroiditis. Therefore Hashimoto and Riedel thyroiditis were examined in order to investigate on an IgG4-association. An IgG4 association in thyroiditis can be observed in a small subgroup of Hashimotos`s and Riedel`s thyroiditis.
