Im deutschen Gesundheitssystem ist die Vergütung der stationären Krankenhausbehandlung durch DRG Entgelte geregelt. Verglichen wurden Erlöse und tatsächliche Kosten der laparoskopischen Cholezystektomie als chirurgisches Standardoperationsverfahren mit der partiellen pyloruserhaltenden Pankreatikoduodenektomie, als Beispiel einer hochspezialisierten Operation, unter den besonderen Aspekten einer Universitätsklinik.

In the German health care system revenues of hospital treatment are generated by the DRG. This thesis compares revenues and costs of two different operating procedures with different surgical levels. As a prototypic surgical procedure laparoscopic cholecystectomie was compared to a major surgical procedure, the pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomie, in consideration of the special aspects of a university hospital.
