- Der DAPT-Score –entwickelt zur Risikostratifizierung von 12 vs 30 Monaten DAPT nach PCI- wurde bei Patienten der randomisierten ISAR-SAFE Studie (6 vs 12 Monate DAPT; n=3976) extern validiert. Die Patienten wurden in Low- und High-DAPT-Score Gruppen eingeteilt und hinsichtlich von Ischämie- und Blutungs-Endpunkten analysiert. Der DAPT-Score erwies sich bei diesem Patientenkollektiv mit vorwiegend 2. Gen. DES als ungeeignete Entscheidungshilfe für die optimale DAPT-Dauer (6 vs 12 Monate).

- The DAPT score, a stratification tool for optimal DAPT duration after PCI (12 vs 30 months), was validated in the cohort of the randomized ISAR-SAFE trial (6 vs 12 months DAPT; n=3976). Patients were classified into low and high DAPT score groups and ischaemic and bleeding outcomes were analysed in these groups. The DAPT score was no useful prediction rule to assess the optimal DAPT duration (6 vs 12 months) in this cohort of patients treated predominantly with second generation DES.
