- Die entwickelte beanspruchungs- und kompetenzorientierte Personaleinsatzplanung berücksichtigt physische und psychische Aspekte der Mitarbeitenden in der taktgebundenen manuellen Montage und trägt zum Erhalt der Leistungsfähigkeit und Gesundheit bei. Die Anwendungsmethode unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Mitarbeitenden- und Arbeitsplatzprofilen und deren Matching im Planungstool zur Generierung von Einsatzplänen. Zudem können Mitarbeitende die reale Beanspruchung über eine App rückmelden.

- The developed strain- and competence-oriented employee scheduling takes into account physical and mental aspects of employees in the cycle-based manual assembly and contributes to the preservation of performance and health. The application method supports creating employee and workplace profiles as well as their matching in the planning tool for the generation of employee schedules. In addition, employees can provide feedback on their real workload via an app.
