Abstract:
Im Rahmen einer dreiwöchigen stationären Rehabilitation wurden sechzig Patienten vor Lungentransplantation in eine Gruppe mit moderatem Ausdauertraining oder intensivem Intervalltraining auf dem Fahrradergometer randomisiert. Patienten in beiden Gruppen verbesserten ihre körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit signifikant und klinisch relevant ohne Gruppenunterschied. Sixty patients awaiting lung transplantation were randomly assigned to high intensity interval training or moderate intense continuous training during a 3-week inpatient rehabilitation program performing an equivalent amount of exercise.
