Generating sparse navigation graphs for microscopic pedestrian simulation models
Abstract:
For our contribution we describe the extension of a microscopic model for pedestrian simulation that introduces hybrid navigation strategies based on graphs. To do so, we introduce a navigation graph layer serving as the basis for different routing algorithms to map individual pedestrian behaviours.
